a.  Unlimited use of the song on your website. 

b.  Song must be in a format that cannot be downloaded by your visitors (embed in flash player). 

c.  Song credit provided on your website

  d. License valid for one purchaser/website only.Non-transferable.


2. CD/DVD/Slide Show – $50:

a.  Small, independent project (less than 100 copies manufactured).

b.  Licensedsong(s) used freely within the project.

  c.  Song credit provided in project as follows:

3. Film/Web Video  –$250:

a.  Small, independent project

(non-commercial project that won’t appear on TV or in the Theater).

  b. Licensed song(s) used throughout project.

  c.  Song credit provided in project as follows:

4. On Hold/Lobby Music – $50:

a.  Song in rotation for “on hold” or in lobby music.

b.  Entire album - $400.

c.  License song (s) to play Konstantin’s music as ”on hold” or in lobby

background as long as this company is in business, without limitation.



5. Radio Spot – $50:

a.  Use one of Konstantin’s song(s) in your radio spot

b.  Limit - one market (playing for one month per region, for example).

c.  License song for unlimited use for duration in a single radio market -$250.
